The mission of the CIERK
The Chamber of Engineers of the Republic of Kosovo (CIERK) has the mission to regulate and strengthen the engineering profession in the field of construction in the Republic of Kosovo, in accordance with the law and the highest ethical and professional standards. As a non-profit professional organization with public authority, CIERK aims to guarantee public safety, preserve health and protect the environment through the promotion of engineering responsibility and competence.
Through licensing, continuing professional education, representation of members' interests and oversight of ethics and work standards, the Chamber contributes to the sustainable and safe development of the construction field. The Chamber also engages in cooperation with public institutions and international partners to improve policies and legislation related to engineering activity.
